All the building materials evoke a sense of deep connection with nature.
Our philosophy of life enters every little corner of Maso le Mosne. The design and the restoration of the rooms and common areas also reflect the principles of green building and green architecture. We have been using only natural materials, solid wood flooring, natural paints/oils, organic cotton sheets, ecological and biodegradable detergents. The walls are covered internally with clay, linen fiber and larch, which was recovered from the old farm. Clay, for example, has great properties for regulating temperature and humidity, creating an ideal microclimate for every season. The rooms are not equipped with TV to offer you the most relaxing atmosphere. The names of our rooms correspond to three large trees present in our mountain environment.
The tree is the image that best represents nature, and it is an element of our uncontaminated forests, too.

Breakfast and dinner
They will be served in a common room connected directly to a large open space, where visitors will be surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello-Presanella Alps. Life experience and curiosity have led us to the continuous search for a healthy eating style, as we are aware that “we are the ones who eat”. This is why we offer healthy cuisine, balanced in content, organic and mainly vegetarian. The raw materials mostly come from our crops cultivated next to Maso le Mosne (vegetable garden, cereals, potatoes, legumes and fruit). Some products like meats, cheeses, fruit, and some drinks come from trusted companies in the area, and other products are from fair trade shops. Add to that a multi-ethnic touch deriving from our many trips around the world.
Relaxation area
The relaxation area is at your disposal and it includes a Finnish sauna and a romantic space to have an herbal tea, a craft beer or a good glass of organic wine. There is also a small library with local books and guides.
All bathrooms are furnished
with double bed, king size, a shower, bath towels, bath and sauna linen, and hairdryer
Dinner on request
with typical family dishes, mainly vegetarian with organic and local ingredients. The menu, including water, house wine, coffee and dessert, is provided at the price of € 25 for adults and € 10 for children up to 12 years.
Breakfast includes
both sweet and savory
with fruit, honey, yogurt, homemade bread, jams, mountain butter, apple juice, biscuits and cakes, cheeses, vegetables, and eggs. You will be given the choice of tea, milk and coffee, to be enjoyed in the dining room or in the outdoor garden
Relaxation area
the sauna is switched-on upon reservation to guarantee intimacy and privacy. Sauna with drinks (herbal tea, apple juice) is provided at the price of 10 euros per person.

Children
there is the possibility of adding a bed or cot for children up to 3 years old for a 15 euro supplement. For children from 3 to 12 years old, a supplement of 20 euro per night is required
The check in starts from 2.00 pm, while the check out should be before 10.00 am.
